Believe it or not, it’s already mid-March, which means the first day of spring is only a few days away. Along with the dreamy, warmer temperatures comes the urge to reach for something refreshing and green—or maybe that’s just because it’s St. Patrick’s Day. While green beer might be the first thing to come to mind, we’re inspired by everything blooming and blossoming around us and decided to bring out the juicer for a vibrant, leafy, green drink. We tapped the founder of Nashville’s oh-so beloved Juice Bar, Vui Hunt, to get the what’s and how-to’s on her favorite juice recipe, which is so good, we almost forgot it’s healthy.
