Any mother can tell you, finding a like-minded community of fellow mamas is absolutely life changing. Add into the mix a group of mothers all running their own businesses while juggling the very real demands of parenthood, and the support of such women—to bounce ideas off of, collaborate with, vent to, watch each other’s kids, and more—becomes especially vital. Which is where In Good Company comes in.

The one-day conference (created by yours truly) will be debuting in San Francisco on Friday, September 29, with a focus on creative, entrepreneurial mothers, and the topics that so many of us are grappling with today. Speakers include Mother favorites like Clare Vivier, Amanda Chantal Bacon, Elle Rowley, Alex Elle, Laura Miller, and Jodie Patterson, alongside the Women’s March co-founder and co-president Bob Bland, Joy Cho of Oh Joy, Amanda de Cadenet, and Patagonia‘s Hilary Dessouky, speaking about the company’s ground-breaking family-friendly culture.

Moderators Angela Tafoya of Lonny, Erica Chidi Cohen of LOOM, and Temi Adamolekun of Radiant Workspaces will keep the fun and important conversations flowing. Meanwhile, superstar women Susan Work of Homework Design, florist Natalie Bowen, textile artist Meghan Shimek, stylist Kendra Smoot, and the event masterminds at Bash Please will create an absolutely stunning setting, making it a truly one-of-a-kind, mama-powered occasion. Topics explored include motherhood x entrepreneurship, how to use social media to power one’s business, when to bootstrap vs. raise funds, motherhood x activism, and the never-ending juggle of keeping your kids, relationships, business, and self afloat.

Aside from captivating panels and keynotes, there’ll be plenty of fun off-stage activations, including an all-day Beauty Lounge for mini-massages and more, the Plum Organics Mother’s Room for breastfeeding and pumping mamas, a Smilebooth photo booth powered by Mother, and a street-style photographer snapping away.

Coffee will be provided by Geese & Ganders (in the most beautiful cups) and Lady Falcon Coffee Club (peep this mama-owned truck!), all guests can chow down on a superfood-powered breakfast by Navitas Organics, an all day snack bar by Diamond of California and a hearty lunch, and mingle during the closing cocktail party with a Campari America open bar.

Aside from loads of inspiration, information, and a handful (or more) of new friends and contacts, all 300 guests will walk away with a gift bag stuffed to the brim with goodies, a cute lunchbox filled with Annie’s snacks for the kids, and VIP ticket holders will get a custom chain stitched Levi’s Trucker jacket, personalized with their name (as well as an invite to the In Good Company x Peanut VIP cocktail party the night before).
