Don’t let the title fool you, we’re not suggesting you put your offspring on a strict diet. Instead, we enlisted Sidesaddle Kitchen chef Laura Miller, of Tastemade’s “Raw, Vegan, Not Gross” cooking show to school us on her favorite nutrient-dense recipes that the whole family will dig. Why introduce your kids to raw, vegan cuisine? “Basically, you want to get as much nutrition as possible into their little bodies, minus the processed foods, chemicals, and preservatives,” explains Miller. Makes sense to us. From kid-friendly kale chips to avocado-chocolate pudding and a berry-licious green shake, she’s got guilt-free snack time covered.

Hi Laura, you are such an inspiration, I could keep watching all ur shows over and over again. I love cooking and even tried the only Indian food cart in Madison, WI called Spice Yatra, also been a couple times on the local isthmus new paper in Madison. Unfortunately I didn’t get too far with my food cart bcos there wasn’t enough money to sustain the family so I went back to my old IT job :). I still wNt to pursue my cooking bcos I have a serious passion for cooking all different types of cuisine. I think I need help to take it to the next level. I even make all different kinds of Salsa that I would like to market one day. Anyways enough of me :) I will keep watching your shows and you are an inspiration.
