This is a lovely selection of recipes, you’ve really captured how vegan food can be both healthy and appetising. One non-vegan recipe has sneaked in though – number 14 has an egg on it.

These recipes are great , however there are recpes with eggs or cheese included – which is not vegan. I don’t mean to be pedantic, but vegan is a pretty significant choice to make, and as someone with severe allergies, when I say I need to eat vegan I expect people to respect that – to feed some people with the product of mammals causes an anaphylaxis reaction.
