Celebrating Women’s History Month at 1 Hotel San Francisco

There’s always a lot to celebrate around here—and at our recent event at the gorgeous 1 Hotel San Francisco, the occasion called for multiple toasts. With 100 of our favorite local women in attendance, we toasted International Women’s Day ’23, Women’s History Month, and MOTHER’s redesign. To kick off our gathering, we hosted a panel on behalf of our sister brand, In Good Company, bringing together three incredible entrepreneurs—Windy Chien, Aliya Wanek, and April Gargiulo of Vintner’s Daughter—to talk about creative habits, the realities of running a covid-era business, and much more.
After our laughter- and tear-inducing discussion, we headed over to the organic and sustainably sourced restaurant Terrene for a delicious meal and pop-up shop featuring women-led businesses we love, including Lady Falcon Coffee Club, Jenny Pennywood, Natalie B. Florals, Brycie Prints, and Teneral Cellars, amongst others.
