
How To Create A Cozy Bedtime Routine

Bedtime routines are much like any family tradition: universal, familiar, and often deeply personal. And, even though the tradition varies from place to place and family to family, there’s no denying that the nightly act of establishing a familiar groove is key for well-rested tots and healthy sleep patterns. - It's helpful to remember that even if you create healthy habits and stick to your guns, there will be times when your kids just don't want to sleep. Don't be too hard on yourself! Like with anything else in parenting, these things take time. You'll get there with consistency.
