When it comes to kids’ clothes, we are really only looking for two major factors—durability and style. Kids like to play and they like to play hard. No matter what age they are, they’re either slinging paint, climbing trees, or jumping in puddles. Their little clothes go through the ringer over and over again, and they need to withstand the distress. So, it’s no wonder denim has reigned supreme as the choice fabric for constructing kid-sized garments for decades. Good old-fashioned blue jeans have been passed down from one kid to the next and are usually still holding up after little brother has outgrown them. With that in mind, we’ve rounded up our best baby blues for tots. We are big fans of denim on denim, so if you decide to deck your kid in jeans head to toe, we won’t blame you. In fact, we’ll guide the way!
