Sure, there’s a dubious holiday (or two) for every day of the year. But one that we do pause for is National Donut Day, which lands on June 5th of this year. To celebrate one of our favorite snacks of all time, we’ve put together a healthy-ish donut recipe that’s gluten-free, vegan, and delicious. No need to worry about over-indulging or splitting these with the kids, because we’ve taken this standard deep-fried treat and transformed it into a baked version with quality ingredients that are still oh so yummy.
