Last month, with the holiday crunch slowly approaching, we offered up respite via our second-annual Wellness + Creativity Day, produced by our sister brand, In Good Company. The dreamy escape at Headlands Center for the Arts in Sausalito, just north of San Francisco, included 100+ women and mothers (and a few babies) gathering for a much-needed “day off.” In addition to an inspiring panel where four talented women discussed the overlap of motherhood, self-care, creativity, activism, and more, there were yoga and breathwork sessions, a passion + purpose workshop, meditative line drawing lessons, beauty and wellness treatments, career astrology, a guided hike that ended in a waterfront stroll, and so much more.
