We want to savor every last drop of summer before it ends, and figured that a piña colada makes the perfect antidote to the end-of-season blues. Created in Puerto Rico in the 1950’s, the piña colada is a sweet cocktail made with rum, coconut cream or coconut milk, and pineapple juice—a simple yet delicious beachy go-to. We doctored the original recipe up a bit by adding a blended pineapple puree for added flavor and a frothy texture. Take a look at our version of this tropical treat below, and drink up before summer sun fades!
