Everyone loves mimosas—they’re simple, easy to make, and always delicious. Not to mention, they serve as a great hangover cure (hair of the dog, anyone?). But sometimes, you just crave something a tad different. In lieu of the average orange juice mimosa, we got creative with our juices, and garnished each glass with a piece of fruit or herb. We also opted for Prosecco over Champagne, as it has a lighter and fruiter taste. Take a peek at the gallery below and give one of these creative concoctions a try!
