The term “open-ended play” gets lots of buzz these days. But what does it actually mean? Canada-based mama and Sago Mini designer Stephanie Lemoine is giving us her take, from the perspective of someone who has honed an expertise in developing toys that are centered around open-ended play and, in turn, have a multitude of child-directed uses. From our favorite bath toys to innovative portable play kits and the cutest Tuck Me In Quilts for kids who like to keep their stuffies extra close, here’s how Lemoine and the Sago team are creating toys that are the stuff of toddler’s—and their parent’s—dreams.
