Don’t let the title fool you, we’re not suggesting you put your offspring on a strict diet. Instead, we enlisted Sidesaddle Kitchen chef Laura Miller, of Tastemade’s “Raw, Vegan, Not Gross” cooking show to school us on her favorite nutrient-dense recipes that the whole family will dig. Why introduce your kids to raw, vegan cuisine? “Basically, you want to get as much nutrition as possible into their little bodies, minus the processed foods, chemicals, and preservatives,” explains Miller. Makes sense to us. From kid-friendly kale chips to avocado-chocolate pudding and a berry-licious green shake, she’s got guilt-free snack time covered.
