All at-home educators are centrally supported by Vivvi's expert team, giving them access to the best resources and training for early childhood education that they can adapt to any in-home environment.
Each in-home teacher is an employee of Vivvi and fully sourced, hired, and vetted by the company's in-house People Team that handles all of its hiring for teachers across each of its programs.
To be matched with an educator, each family has a 1:1 consultation with one of Vivvi's program managers to understand their needs and priorities for their family. Vivvi then sources and matches teachers with experience specific to the age of child(ren), and have additionally matched families who are interested in second language enrichment or have special needs.
Before committing to a teacher, families will be presented with options from Vivvi's team of expert educators to find the perfect match for your family. Then, once matched, the Vivvi team takes care of the curriculum and setting up your home for optimal learning.

Vivvi's educators are passionate about the importance of education for kiddos aged 0-5. For preschoolers, the company's team of teachers designs an ever-changing curriculum that aligns interests of 2- to 5-year-olds with age-appropriate development, using a child's natural sense of curiosity as a powerful catalyst for learning.
Teachers encourage children to dive deeper into interests that they care about—key to being a lifelong learner! Vivvi puts kids' observations into action through the curriculum webs that teachers build monthly based on children’s questions.

Vivvi believes in enriching care from day 1 of a child's life. In addition to feedings and diaper changes, the Vivvi infant program is individualized to support each baby’s developmental milestones and daily routines up to 12 months old.
Once babies evolve to the toddler stage (12-24 months), it's all about helping them acquire knowledge through active exploration. Vivvi teachers facilitate this growth by introducing structure as well as encouraging independent curiosity throughout the day.
No matter the age of the child, some of the key topics explored at Vivvi include: Social & Emotional Learning, Self-Care, Literacy, Expressive Language, Receptive Language, Mathematical Learning, Scientific Inquiry, and Fine & Gross Motor Skills.

- Vivvi educators are trained in handling the needs of different aged children at the same time. Families can pair up to 3 kids ages 0-5 with a Vivvi educator, or partner with another family for a share care scenario.

Vivvi keeps your family healthy and safe with its comprehensive plan, including weekly COVID testing for teachers and daily temperature checks. All Vivvi teachers are CPR and First Aid certified.
Additionally, Vivvi upholds the highest standards when it comes to immunizations. In addition to Tdap, Rubella, Measles, Mumps, and Varicella (which are required by the Department of Health), Vivvi has made the COVID-19 vaccine a requirement for all current and new educators.
