Lesse Ritual Serum.
"I’m a longtime lover of this oil-based serum, it is pure magic for my skin. It’s lightweight yet hydrating, slowly fades impurities like dark spots and freckles, and lasts all day. It’s also organic, plant-based, and created by one of my closest friends!" Ritual Serum, $70, LISSE.
Hawkins Aix En Provence Candle.
"Lavender is one of my favorite scents of all-time, and this candle quietly intoxicates you with its clean and soothing smell. I like to light it up whenever I’m taking a bath or have a moment to myself, usually in the wee hours of the night after Mika goes down for bed." Hawkins Aix en Provence Candle, $38, Hawkins New York.
Aesop Avail Facial Lotion with SPF.
"I used to be very bad at putting sunscreen on my face, and it took a lot of trial and error to find the best one for me, but this is the winner for sure. It’s a lightweight face lotion with SPF 25 that has a buttery texture and soft scent that gets me excited to put it on everyday." Aesop Avail Facial Lotion with Sunscreen, $60, Saks Fifth Avenue.
LoQ x Among The Flowers Body Lotion.
"Ever since moving to the mountains my skin gets dry very quickly, and I’ve found that this oil-based lotion is so good at rehydrating my skin without feeling heavy or greasy. The herbaceous scent is so beautifully calming that I love to breathe in deeply, especially on a stressful day or after a shower." Lotion by LoQ x Among The Flowers, $22, LoQ.
Flamingo Estate Bathhouse Edit.
"I’m obsessed with this suite of bath products from Flamingo Estate, based out of Highland Park in Los Angeles. Everything is a delight to the skin and senses, gentle enough for kids and adults, and are completely plant-based and biodegradable. Mika loves to smell the bottles every night during bath time." The Bathhouse Edit, $125, Flamingo Estate.

Chantecaille Just Skin. "This is the hero product of my makeup bag. I’ve used it for years and I put it on every day. It’s just the right amount of coverage and I love the texture on my skin. It’s expensive but I’ve never found a tinted moisturizer that comes anywhere close to beating this one and I absolutely cannot, will not, quit it." Just Skin Tinted Moisturizer, $79, Chantecaille.
Santa Lucia by Roz. "I use this day and night (literally). I love it on wet hair, dry hair, if I’m air drying, or styling. And best of all, it doesn’t make me greasy. I especially love to apply it to my ends before bed. It smells amazing, too!" Santa Lucia Styling Oil, $45, Roz.
Waxelene Multi-Purpose Ointment. "This is the most important and most used product in my house. We use it on baby butts and all over for baby massages and post-tub moisturizing. My husband and I use it on chapped COVID hands, cracked lips, and any skin irritation. Waxelene, please never ever ever go away." Waxelene Multi-Purpose Ointment, $39.99, Waxelene.
Biologique Recherche Lait U. "I prefer a milk-based cleanser for my dry, sensitive skin. This one is especially soft and leaves my face clean but also very moisturized. I have a rule: I always always always wash my face before bed (except in my first trimesters when any and all personal hygiene goes out the window)." Biologique Recherche Lait U, $36, Rescue Spa.
Crown Affair Brush No. 001. "I’ve become obsessed with brushing my hair since getting this brush. I love to brush through my dry hair before bed and am always throwing this in my bag for a touch up throughout the day." The Brush No. 001, $62, Crown Affair.
Tinkle Razor. "I texted my best friend this week saying: 'Tell me something better than face shaving...' Her response: 'Nothing.' It’s kind of an IYKYK situation." Tinkle Razor, $4.99, Tinkle.

Kinfield Sunglow SPF 30.
"I’ve been a fan of Kinfield’s outdoor-inspired skin products for a while now—the Aloe Mist and the Bug Spray are two of my favorites and I always have them handy when I’m camping or hiking. The brand recently launched Sunglow, which is a tinted SPF and it’s quickly taken the place as my all-time favorite sunscreen. It comes out of the bottle a little pink and goes on super smoothly—creating this rosy glow that looks so pretty and wind-swept (in a good way!). It also gives me a good amount of coverage for the day and evenness throughout my skin on top of protecting it from UV rays." Sunglow SPF 30, $28, Kinfield.
Dr. Anna Gold Balance Tincture.
"I just started seeing the incredible Dr. Anna Gold for acupuncture and have been integrating her herbal tinctures into my well-being routine. I currently use Balance, which is a blend of lemon balm, rhodiola, and ashwagandha to add a sense of calm and to help ease tension—it also aids with the digestive system and anxiety. I blend it in with a cup of warm water whenever I feel like I need it, and use about two droppers full. It definitely is a nice, calming ritual to incorporate throughout my day when I start to feel off or stressed." Balance Tincture, $54, Dr. Anna Gold.
On&On Collective.
"During the height of the pandemic I was introduced to On&On, which is now an online community dedicated to well-being across all areas from financial literacy to breathwork to supplemental products. The brand formerly had a physical space in Hawaii but shifted into an online format (like so many others!) in 2020. It just launched its new subscription program, which gives people access to the many transformative live offerings. Breathwork with Dr. Beverly Morse is one of my favorite times of the week (and has been an anchor in my practice throughout the last year and a half) and I look forward to diving into some of the brand’s new concepts and classes." on-and-on.co.
Cocorrina Journal.
"Aja of The Spirit House Collective is an incredibly gifted medium and spiritual adviser who is committed to equity and representation in the spiritual space. I saw her for a guide session over the summer and it was so transformative. She recently opened up an online shop called Gifts For The Spirit, which is full of so many beautiful and special items for rituals, healing, and daily practices. This tarot journal is one I’ve had my eye on to supplement my tarot practice, which has become a very therapeutic and comforting thing for me over the years. The layout in the journal allows you to record your pulls in order, record the dates and time, and reflect on the cards’ significance for you." Cocorrina The Tarot Journal, $36, Gifts For The Spirit.
Monastery Rose Cleansing Oil.
"I love visiting the Monastery space in Noe Valley for the thoughtful selection of products paired with its own luxurious, natural skin products (and treatments!). About a year ago I started oil cleansing with the brand’s signature Rose Cleansing Oil and absolutely love the way it works with my skin. It not only gets the daily grime off, but leaves my skin feeling hydrated and silky. I’ve noticed that since I started using this cleanser (and oil cleansing in general) my skin has looked much more vibrant and smooth, with less congestion overall." Rose Cleansing Oil, $48, Monastery.

My New Face Stone!
"I have been making this recipe, this formula, for my face for years and I'm so excited to finally share it! Intentionally created to do less with more, it is an AM/PM moisturizer and massage stone in one (I put it on a little thicker at night, like a mask). With only 9 ingredients, it won't clog your pores, is packed with antioxidants and essential fatty acids to seal in moisture, increase collagen production, soothe, and balance skin tone (it's the green tamanu oil—it takes care of redness!). When the pandemic began, I started using it throughout the day during and in between Zoom calls. It's a brilliant natural highlighter, and gives you that fresh kissed dewy glow look whenever needed. Very buildable. Just like my Body Stone, the Face Stone is hand poured in house at our Hudson Valley workshop. Food for skin, made from scratch." Face Stone, $86, Kate McLeod.
Westman Atelier Super Loaded Tinted Highlight.
"Basically the only makeup I wear daily. I put it on my eyelids, cheekbones, bridge of my nose. Everywhere! It gives you that sun-kissed glow that I unfortunately don't always get in upstate New York!" Super Loaded Tinted Highlight, $75, Westman Atelier.
The Dry Brush & The Body Stone (with a steamy hot shower in between).
"This is my self-care ritual. I find such strength in connecting with my body through touch. When I start my day (or if I ended the day before) with the Dry Brush, shower, Body Stone routine (or just a few swipes of a Body Stone) I wake up and I take more care with myself. I get dressed—no sweats—I'm excited to be productive at work, to connect, and to reach out to other humans. It begins a powerful, positive energetic spiral that grows and grows in its force, and I have a better day. This is why I started sharing the Body Stone, and I am so honored to share this practice." The Dry Brush, $26, Kate McLeod; The Body Stone, $45, Kate McLeod.
Face Halo Pad.
"I'm currently expecting, and started experiencing a little hormonal acne at the end of my first trimester. My mom actually gave me one of these Face Halo's to use as a daily washcloth. She said it was incredible and found it much more gentle than exfoliation. It cleared my face right up! I now have a handful and throw them in the wash a few times a week to reuse." Face Halo 3-Pack, $22, Ulta.
Mud/Wtr.
"I blend this on high in a Vitamix with hot water, a handful of raw organic cashews, half a Medjool date, and a little more cocoa. I have been caffeine-free for over a year. This gives me a morning boost that leaves me feeling supercharged (but not jittery/anxious) as I sit down at my desk, and I love the routine of it." Mud/Wtr Ritual Starter Kit, $40, Mud/Wtr.

Muri Lelu's Skin Serums.
"These restorative, canniboid infused facial serums are not only beautifully done but they are simply luxurious. I like to start and end my days with these. The Muavaise is particularly decadent at night and feels like a little personal tribute every time I use it. Best of all: both serums have proven results and Muri Lelu is Black woman owned!" Mauvaise Herbe Indica Oil, $135, Muri Lelu; Bloomrise Sativa Serum, $135, Muri Lelu.
Moon Milk.
"With a 3-year-old and running a booming creative agency, bedtime can be a challenge. My brain is BUSY at the end of the day. I’ve added this turmeric/saffron/ashwagandha supplement to my bedtime routine. Moon Milk is actually an ancient Ayurvedic tradition. I like to take it with warm almond or help milk in bed then meditate. I’m out like a light!" Moon Milk Powder, $40, Astron Herbal.
Hello Updo Oversized Silk Scrunchies.
"I LOVE this brand founded by Magdaline Hurtado and her mama. They began hand making their scrunchies and the love is so apparent when you receive your order. I have SO MUCH hair and these scrunchies hold it in while protecting my precious curls. They even come in two sizes, smallish and biggish." Biggish Scrunchie, $24, Hello Updo.
The Gnarly Beauty Ice Globes.
"This is such a fun mom-owned brand! I'm obsessed with these beautiful ice globes. A perfect way to wind down at night. I keep them in the freezer and love to use them over a silicone mask with a restorative serum underneath. Heaven!" Pink Skincicle Ice Globes, $54, The Gnarly Beauty.
Midnight Oil.
"This is my own special blend of night oil that I massage onto my décolletage at bedtime. I even use it on my kiddo sometimes and it helps to soothe him to bed. The ingredients are secret for now, but I’m excited because I’ve been perfecting it over the last year and will be sharing it with the public in December! ☺️ It’s a game changer! If you want to be a tester, email me at [email protected]."
