Somehow the summer flew by and now we’re sitting here on the first day of fall wondering where the weeks went. Though it may be the season of transition into changing leaves and pumpkins, some of us are still in our t-shirts and sandals (or swimsuits!) because we’re lucky enough to experience an Indian Summer—where abnormally dry, warm weather occurs in autumn. This last little gift of sun is the perfect inspiration for a refreshing citrus-y, farewell to summer drink. And, it’s got a nice kick! So, get out your favorite glasses and get ready to taste your new favorite cocktail!
