A host of mama, baby, and kids brands are roaring into the new year with a plethora of launches. From Aden + Anais branching into diapers and Hatch’s brand-new beauty spin-off, Hatch Mama, to Lulu & Georgia’s Littles interiors line and Ergo’s first-ever stroller, we’ve got the 4-1-1 on a dozen exciting launches below.
- Fashion-forward maternity brand Hatch debuted its very first beauty collection this week, Hatch Mama. The non-toxic, 100% pregnancy-safe line consists of 10 products, including a Belly Oil and Belly Mask for stretch mark reduction, a Nipple + Lip Balm, a gel-based creme for reducing swelling in legs and feet, a hair oil, and essential oil rollerballs that can aid common mama-to-be ailments. Prices range from $12 (the Belly Mask) to $68 (a trio of Aromatherapy Oil Blends). Sold at Hatch.
- If you've got a hankering for the most adorable mini velvet chairs and couches, you're in luck. Beloved interiors brand Lulu & Georgia just launched their Littles line, which is a robust collection of interiors goodies for kids. From tiny beds and end tables to playful wallpaper designs, check it all out below. Lulu & Georgia Littles.
- As of this month, mega baby brand Aden + Anais is offering diapers and wipes! Yup, that's right. The line of disposable diapers will feature the brand's signature prints (jungle jam, flora, jurassic, and for the birds) and are said to be super absorbent (and include a wetness indicator), hypoallergenic, and contain no harsh chemicals, chlorine, fragrances, lotions, or latex. Featuring filler sourced from 100% certified sustainable resources, the brand is planting one tree for every pack of diapers sold. Comes in size 1-5, and retails for $12.99 for a pack of diapers and $4.99 for a 72-count pack of quilted wipes. Available at Buy Buy Baby, Amazon, and Aden + Anais.
- Speaking of poop, modern mama brand Storq just came out with what it's calling the Kit Bag—a zippered nylon pouch that comes with a matching changing pad and water-resistant wipes bag. Available in a black polkadot and pink polkadot pattern, each pouch can fit 5 diapers, a large pack of wipes, a change of clothes, pacifier, diaper cream, etc. As Storq founder Courtney Klein tells us, "This pouch is small, but mighty." Available at Storq.
- J.Crew's line for littles, Crewcuts, is now bundling its products so parents can score a sweet little deal. Buy 3 pieces in the Everyday Crewcuts category (which hinges on easy to mix-and-match styles) and you'll automatically receive 20% off, here on out. While supplies last, bundle customers will receive a Crewcuts Everyday tote, too. Check out Crewcuts Everyday sections for Girls and Boys to build a bundle.
- If Sesame Street is your and/or your kid's thing, Land of Nod has you covered. Really, your entire home covered, with its Sesame Street x LON collab. Cookie Monster-shaped bookcases, Elmo quilts, Oscar the Grouch chairs, playhouses, sleeping bags, bathmats and crib sheets, backpacks and storage bins...it's honestly hard to list all of the products right here. If you're interested, check it out below. Sesame Street x Land of Nod.
- We've already gushed about Dôen's stellar Spring 2018 collection. But we also think it's worth pointing out (once again) the brand's expanded offerings for kids this season. We especially love the beautiful A-line dresses for girls and mix-and-match pants and tops in a drool-worthy array of colors. Bonus points: The prints match the womenswear, which makes mommy-and-me dressing super simple. And proceeds from the entire Yearling by Dôen collection goes to charities supporting education for girls. Win-win. Yearling by Dôen.
- Ergobaby isn't just about wearing your baby, it's now also about strolling your baby, thanks to the company's first-ever stroller. The 180 Reversible Stroller, which is $399, is compatible with Graco and Chicco carseats and can accommodate a child up to 50 lbs. The innovative handle allows parents to switch the position of the seat (forward or backward facing) without disturbing your baby, plus there's one-handed fold-up capability and four sleek colorways (gray, black, teal, and blue). Find more info here.
- Another classic character collab, Winnie the Pooh and Freshly Picked have paired up for six fresh moccasin designs featuring Pooh and his pals Piglet, Tigger, and Eyore. Combined with cute illustrations of pots of honey and One Hundred Acre Woods, the mocs come in size 1-7 and retail for $60 a pop. Freshly Picked x Winnie The Pooh.
- In case you missed the news during the hectic holiday season, Mother has debuted our first collaboration—a book box with QL Kids! Curated by our editors, the $125 box features five of our favorite kids' titles that just happen to double as major bookshelf eye-candy (Dragons Love Tacos, The Day the Crayons Came Home, Triangle, Deep in the Woods, Mix it Up), as well as a Baggu tote, and a limited-edition rainbow watercolor print by Samantha Hahn. Check it out at QL Kids.
- Mama of two and textile Heather Taylor is now making napkins for kids. In deep pink and cobalt blue, the two designs feature a checkered pattern, are sized for little hands, and are best paired with milk and cookies (in our opinion). Four 8x8 napkins will set you back $28. Heather Taylor Home.
- This new organic cotton tee by Boob has a few hidden perks. One—it has a soft front panel that you simply lift in order to nurse; Two—There's a message "Damn you're a good mother!" meant to be read by the wearer in the mirror; and Three—5% of the "Chari-Tee" sales goes to one of our favorite organizations, Every Mother Counts. See more at Boob.
