If you haven’t fully recapped 2019 or made goals for 2020 (because kids/school break/life/etc.!), you’re not alone. Luckily, there’s no time like the present—the first week of January—to take stock of the year that’s passed and fully embrace the new year. To get you started, we’ve listed 10 reflection questions below to guide you through some early 2020 journaling. After completing this exercise ourselves, we love to huddle with our partner or a few friends who have also went through the exercise, to share our takeaways and clue others into our 2020 goals. Enjoy!

What 2019 accomplishments am I most proud of?

Which friends supported me most this year? And which friendships changed and shifted?
