It’s no secret that we love a good food flip. What’s not to like about taking the devilishly delicious, so-called “cheat meals” we seek to sneak and turning them into a version that’s free of guilt (and gluten, refined sugar, and all that other stuff that can sometimes upsets our stomachs)? When we’re in need of a mouthwatering, but healthful dish, we’re keen to call on food-flip extraordinaire Karla Salinari. The home chef and mother-of-one has whipped up everything from vegan keylime cheesecake to sinless chocolate donuts for us, and today’s she’s back with a meal the entire family is sure to enjoy.
