Just in case you haven’t had the opportunity to look at the calendar recently, Easter is just a few weeks away! And, regardless of if this year’s Sunday plans include hosting an intricate brunch at home or attending the annual city-wide egg hunt, chances are you’ll be making an appearance in the kitchen at least once during the springtime holiday weekend. So, if you’re looking for a crowd-pleasing dish that’s both indulgent and healthy, look no further! Our food flip contributor, Karla Salinari, has got your back. Below, the mama-of-one shows us how to whip up guilt-free scalloped potatoes that taste heavenly, but in reality, are totally sinless. Did we mention they’re dairy-free and vegan?
